7. Contingencies Fund
(1) On the commencement of this Act—
(a) the Civil Contingencies Fund in operation under the Civil

8. Guarantee limit

9. Existing public funds

10. Existing regulations
Any regulations, directions or instructions that were made or issued under
legislation that is repealed by this Act and that were in force immediately before
the coming into operation of this Act shall, so far as not inconsistent with this Act,

11. Power to make savings and transitional regulations

12. Timeline for implementation of program budget
